Our
quilts are made by a skilled group of artisans, some of whom have over
fifty years of quilting experience. We use the traditional,
world-famous Hawaiian quilting stitch/appliqué method. Our quilts are
made of 60% cotton and 40% polyester using superior materials. We found this combination to be the best for durability and texture. We even hand-wash each quilt three times to ensure material integrity. The only difference between our Hawaiian Quilt Bedspreads and our Comforters is the number of stiches per inch--Our Bedspreads
have approximately 28,000 stitches, while our comforters have half the number of stitches (approx. 14,000 stitches) for a more contemporary look.
This is a brand new, 100% HAND QUILTED (6-8 stitch count per inch) and HAND APPLIQUÉD, NOT MACHINE EMBROIDERED comforter/bedspread.
It fits on King or Queen size beds. All quilts below are pictured on a
California King bed. Each bed spread comes with two matching pillow shams (size: 20" x 30"). The quilts also have cloth hangers in the back for easy hanging.
